Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website: through the contact form, the cookie consent mechanism, and the external services we embed (Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps and YouTube).
Contact form

The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the submitted inquiry.
The controller does not disclose the data and does not transfer the data to a third country or an international organization.
Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
Only authorized personnel of the marketing department will have access to personal data.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, and object to processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Because your consent is the legal basis for processing, we inform you that consent may be withdrawn at any time. To exercise these rights, the data subject may send an appropriate e-mail to: gdpr@multi-com.pl.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to process the inquiry.
Data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Cookies and consent
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you decide which categories of cookies you accept. We use two categories: Necessary cookies (always active, required for core functions and security) and Preference cookies (optional, they unlock the external services described below).
Your choice is remembered in a cookie named "cookies_accepted" and mirrored in your browser's local storage. You can change your decision at any time from the banner or the cookie settings link.
External services (loaded only after consent)
Google reCAPTCHA (provider: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) protects the contact form against automated abuse. It loads a script from Google and may set its own cookies. As a necessary security measure for the form you are submitting, it loads when you engage the contact form, regardless of your preference-cookie choice.
Google Maps (provider: Google) is used to show our headquarters location on the contact page. The embedded map is loaded only after you accept Preference cookies.
YouTube (provider: Google) is used to embed product videos. Video players are loaded only after you accept Preference cookies, and YouTube may set its own cookies once loaded.
These providers may process data (including your IP address) outside the European Economic Area, based on their own privacy policies: policies.google.com/privacy and youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/privacy.
Consent records
When you accept a cookie choice or submit the contact form, we store a record of that consent in our database (table "register_consents") for accountability purposes under the GDPR. The record includes the consent text shown to you, your IP address, your browser user-agent, and the date and time.
These records are kept as proof that consent was given and are accessible only to authorized personnel.
Local storage
Independently of cookies, the site stores a few small technical values in your browser's local storage: your selected language, your theme (light/dark) preference, a flag marking that the intro animation has already been shown, and your saved cookie choice. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to our server.
